Phythium Fruit Rot

Figure 12. Pythium fruit rot is characterized by white fluffy growth resembling fine cotton (when new) or shaving cream (when old). It could be confused with Phytophthora fruit rot (see Fig. 11) or white mold (see Fig. 13).
